JEFF WESTON is a photographer and educator in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been an active exhibiting photographer since 1978 and earned a BFA degree in photography from San Francisco State University in 1985. He began teaching photography in 1985 and has taught at College of Marin, City College of San Francisco, The Academy of Art University, U.C. Berkeley Extension and ASUC Art Studios at UC Berkeley. He began teaching at City College of San Francisco in 1988 as an Adjunct Professor.

His work includes black and white and color landscape, and film and digital photography. He photographed weddings from 1996 until 2002. He has recently worked on a project of night landscapes titled Poet’s Corner: Pre-Dawn, in which he photographed his neighborhood at around 5am to capture the dawning day and the hope in holds. It was created during the pandemic.
